Welcome to Hipotels Hotels & Resorts new Loyalty Program
Hipotels Rewards is a loyalty programme from the Hipotels Hotels & Resorts brand. The aim of the programme is to reward clients that book through the official website (www.hipotels.com). To do this, registered members will receive a card with their client number with which they can accumulate points to later exchange for gifts or promotions.
You can register at the website www.hipotels.com and access your member profile:
In the "Client area" section you can register and once you have entered your details, you can access your profile where you may consult your points, gifts, bookings and all the information relating to your personal details.
When completing a booking, you can register by simply entering your details which will then give you access to your profile.
Once registration is complete, you will be assigned a user ID.
The way to earn points is through bookings made on the Hipotels website www.hipotels.com. After you have registered, you will get a 5% discount directly on the final price on all bookings made through www.hipotels.com. Once the booking is completed you will be assigned a number of points according to the type of booking which will have a status of "pending confirmation". 7 days following the last day of your stay, these points will then change their status to "confirmed" and can then be used to participate in the different promotions offered by Hipotels.
In the event that the booking that awarded the points is cancelled or modified, the amount of points will automatically be cancelled or modified in the same proportion.
Yes, points must be used within a maximum time of three years from the date when they were awarded. If they remain unused after this time, they will automatically be eliminated from our system.
You can exchange your points with every booking, as long as they are "confirmed". On your client control panel, you will find the products, services and discounts with their equivalent value in points available for you to exchange at any HIPOTELS establishment. Please remember that the exchange will be effected whilst you are staying at the hotel. Once you have requested the exchange you cannot return it or modify the gift selected.
Depending upon the product or service that you wish to take advantage of, it is possible to use the points in a different hotel. Products or services that do not offer this possibility will not appear as an option.
You can check your points balance directly on the Hipotels website, in the "Client area" where you will find a detailed statement of all movements, current balance and the products, services or discounts available to you, or you can request this information at any of our hotel receptions as long as you provide your client identification number.
Yes, you can, as long as the beneficiary of the points is registered with the HIPOTELS Loyalty Programme. From the control panel of your account you can make the transfer by simply entering the ID number of the other person.
No, it is not possible to purchase points with cash. The only way to obtain points is with bookings made via www.hipotels.com.
To unsubscribe from the loyalty programme, you must send an e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. HIPOTELS will affect the change immediately and you will receive an e-mail to confirm this.
The personal data belonging to the users of the points programme will be included in their HIPOTELS user profile in order to manage the points system correctly, to personalise services offered and also to transmit commercial information of interest regarding products and tourism services from the HIPOTELS group. Members may revoke their consent for the aforementioned purposes by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com. The personal data of the registered users will be managed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and is subject, when applicable, to that stated in Law 7/1998 of the 13th of April regarding General Conditions of Contracts, RDL 1/2007 of the 16th of November where the text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complimentary laws, Directive 97/7/CEE of the 20th of May 1997 is approved as being applicable to contracts created via the internet between consumer and provider, and in any case, all subject to the Organic Law 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection and the regulations contained therein and the Law 34/2002 from the 11th of July regarding Information Society Services and E-commerce.
